The Government has announced its plans for the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Businesses Regulations, also known as the “Agency Conduct Regulations”. The announcement follows a consultation on the future of the regulations, in which the Government proposed replacing the rules with brand new, stripped back legislation to reduce the red tape imposed on businesses.
